Placing an order for Optivara through this site only ever asks for two things: a name and a phone number, typed into the order form so a consultant can call back and agree the delivery details with you. You can read every other page here without handing over anything at all.
What we hold
- The name entered into the order form.
- The phone number entered into the order form.
- The delivery address or landmark given during the confirmation call.
- Ordinary technical details any browser sends any site — the page requested, a rough region, the type of device.
What it's used for
The name and number go to whoever calls to confirm the order and to the courier bringing it to you. That's the whole journey — nothing is sold on, no profile is built up, and nobody outside that order-and-delivery chain ever sees your details. Technical details are only ever looked at in the aggregate, to see which pages are slow to load, never to identify a particular visitor.
How long it's kept
An order record is kept while the parcel is on its way and for a short while after, in case a question comes up about the delivery. An enquiry that never becomes an order is cleared out sooner.
Keeping it safe
Order details sit behind password-protected access, seen only by the people taking orders and arranging delivery. The connection between your browser and this site is encrypted throughout.
Your say in it
You can ask what's held under your name, ask for something wrong to be corrected, or ask for a record to be deleted altogether. Write to [email protected] from any address, mentioning the name and number the order was placed under.
Who this is for
This site is aimed at adults, and it isn't directed at anyone under eighteen. If a minor has left details here, write to the address above and the record will be removed.
Changes to this page
If the way orders are handled ever changes, this page is updated to match it. The version in front of you is the one currently in force, applying to every order placed through optivara.org in 2026.
