Ordering Optivara through this site only ever asks a visitor for two things: a name and a phone number, left in the order form so that someone can call back and agree the delivery details. Nothing else is requested, and you can read every page here without giving any information at all.

What we hold

• The name typed into the order form.
• The phone number typed into the order form.
• The delivery town or address given to the consultant on the confirmation call.
• Basic technical details any browser sends to any site — the page requested, a rough region, the device type.

What it is used for

The name and number go to the consultant who calls to confirm the order and to the courier who delivers it. That is the entire journey. Nothing is sold, no profile is built, and nobody outside that order-and-delivery chain sees a customer's details. Technical details are only ever looked at in aggregate, to see which pages load slowly, never to identify one visitor.

How long it is kept

An order record stays on file while the parcel is on its way and for a short period after, in case a question comes up about the delivery. Enquiries that never turn into an order are cleared sooner rather than kept indefinitely.

Keeping it safe

Order details sit behind password-protected access, seen only by the people who take orders and arrange delivery. The connection between your browser and this site is encrypted throughout.

Your say over it

You can ask what is held under your name, ask for a mistake to be corrected, or ask for a record to be deleted. Write to [email protected] from any address, mentioning the name and number the order was placed under.

Who this is for

This is a supplement site aimed at adults, and it is not directed at anyone under eighteen. If a minor has left details here, write to the address above and the record will be removed.

Changes to this page

If the way orders are handled changes, this page is updated to match. The version in front of you is the one currently in force, applying to every order placed through optivara.org in 2026.
